On Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Hall C2, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, VLAB Innovation, in collaboration with VietNamNet, organized the event “Dialogue on the AI Society – Opportunities and Solutions for Vietnam 2026.”

The event served as a forum for in-depth discussions on the role of artificial intelligence in Vietnam’s socio-economic development in the coming period.

The program aimed to clarify key societal issues in the AI era, from opportunities to drive growth and innovation to challenges related to governance, ethics, and social impacts. • Dr. Glen Weyl – Princeton University, sharing insights on the Plurality model, emphasizing the role of technology in enhancing social collaboration and safeguarding human values.

• Prof. Alisha Holland – Director of Graduate Studies at Harvard University, presenting on social policy and urban governance, offering valuable perspectives for Vietnam in the context of digital transformation.
