Venue: HUST MB Digital Hub, Hanoi University of Science and Technology
In the context of rapid digital transformation, many businesses especially micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are facing increasing cybersecurity risks, while the supply of skilled information security professionals remains limited. In response, the program introduces the Cyber Clinics model at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, implemented by the Institute for Digital Technology and Economy. This model bridges academic training with real-world practice, enabling learners to gain hands-on experience while supporting businesses in addressing cybersecurity and digital risk management challenges.
The program is expected to train approximately 80–100 students and trainees, while supporting 200–300 enterprises in strengthening their information security capacity and digital management. In parallel, it will develop technical systems, enhance training curricula, foster industry connections, and identify high-potential talents.
- Agenda

The launching ceremony marks not only the official kickoff of the program but also provides a platform for dialogue among policymakers, experts, businesses, and academic institutions. It offers an opportunity to exchange insights on cybersecurity trends, workforce challenges in the digital era, and practice-oriented training models.
Through this initiative, the Institute for Digital Technology and Economy aims to enhance the quality of the information security workforce, strengthen the link between education and industry, and contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam’s digital economy.
